Here are several unique Valentine’s Day gifts for the horse lover. This Valentine’s Day Gifts for the Horse Lover blog post has been updated for 2020!

Bel Joeor’s custom saddle covers are practical with panache! Amanda, the artisan behind this Etsy shop, also has a horse blog and she was my Equestrian Blogger Secret Santa in 2016!

Black Beauty: Black Beauty in this cool 1965 vintage edition. The cover is so great I would hang it as wall art. If larger and not attached to a book.

Attic Studio WV:  Own a customized Breyer version of your beloved horse, check out this Etsy shop. And if you want to see my very first Breyer, Running Stallion, click here to take a trip down model horse memory lane.

By the way, if your Valentine is a reader, here are my top 20 picks for horse books for 2020!

Hunt Seat Paper Co’s equestrian-themed notepads. I use the “high standards” notepad.

Haven Ameria‘s rustic wooden horse based on an old-school weather vane.

Farm Girl Findings has a decor item fantastic for any horse girl’s home is simple, yet elegant framed bit. Yes, it’s a real bit!

C4 Belts  These are fantastic because there is no sizing involved–you simply trim it down to fit your waist. I particularly love this Vintage Horse belt with the silver buckle.

Just a Girl Who Loves Horses shirt with the silhouette of a leaping horse (not a jumping horse–so if you’re not into jumping you’d still be “on brand” with your equestrian sport) comes in several bright colors from cranberry to an orangey red to grass green and two different blues.

Three-Pack of hand-poured, soy candles by The Gift Horses. They come in small tins (perfect for travel) and names like Barn Door Wreath, Rescues Love Peppermints and In the Tack Room.

If you are like me and enjoy tracking fitness while at the barn, you can definitely treat yourself and upgrade to a Fitbit Versa.

Thanks for the shout out. 🙂

I don’t usually do Valentine’s Day, but this year I think we’re going to go out to dinner and then play board games.

I love the rustic wooden horse piece. However, I’m hoping I dropped enough hints that the hubby knows to buy me a new citrus tree or some succulents… because roses die.

More succulents, please. Or citrus. Both are fantastic options. I am really enjoying my succulent now called Mother of Millions. It’s kinda weird looking but it has beautiful pink blooms.

Omg, the cookie cutters are genius! I might invest in one for myself and my best friend. And the custom Breyer is definitely on my wish list. I’ve wanted a model of Baldur for so long!

I asked for a massage for Valentine’s this year — all this riding and working out has left me sore lately!
